Nice honest man who is single doesn't want to be a hypocrite like the others, and doesn't want the holly rollers to say I am pathetic. So I am posting this to the women who are "dysfunctional users/losers" and what would change that just because of a hurricane? Life is all arrangements, sex is in exchange for everything in life, even these phoney baloney hypocrites who think they have a heart!! Ha Ha, so i will be honest, don't want your kids, or fatso's want a hottie, if your there, fine if not then no harm done and holly rollers go to hell

MOVE TO WA STATE - Seeking BBB (Big,Bad,Boy) 44-50, 200 lbs + - 47

Reply to: anon-95471117@craigslist.org

Nowhere is too near or too far to seek a wonderful man to enjoy life with. I am a S/W/F, 47 years young and too ugly to live but too weird to die! Call me a BBW if you like, I'm not HWP. I am responsible, respectible, employed and self-sufficient enjoying motorcycles, camping, BBQ's, bonfires, hot tubbing, passion, intimacy and affection. No drama, no ghosts in the closet, no bullshit. I live in Snohomish County, WA and work in Skagit County, WA.

You would be seeking a friend, companion and lover for the long run and be willing to relocate. You MUST be UNMARRIED, UNATTACHED, White, AI, Hispanic or Islander and available for dating. Your looks and "size" are simply unimportant to me, ATTITUDE IS! Smoker/light drinker/420 friendly preferred. Kids ok and welcome, I have 2 sons, 23 & 14.

There is much more to share to and for the wonderful man I hope to meet. Check out "plainjane" at "friendpages", a "dot com" pathway to enlightenment. Your "Welcome Come On In" might open a door to a great new friendship or a whole new life!

I am looking to spice up the relationship a little bit. I am 5'7" dark brown hair, light complextion, mixed wh/blk. I am not really big on race as long as you keep your self up. Please attach a picture to your email, and we'll go from there. Hope to hear from you soon.

Merciful Wierdness!!

If any of you were listening to 100.7 @ 9pm last night, that was me.

Yeah. I was on the radio for nearly 2 hours with Sir Mix-a-lot.
He's really cool - and wanted a picture of my ass for his cellphone.

Weird.

More family weirdness

My father is getting remmaried (for the 4th or 5th time this time), and I talked with the new one on the phone briefly. She drops me an email saying hello and signs it off with -

Although, kiddo, I understand you are not a piece of VANILLA CAKE!!!!!!!!!
But, drum-beat---is mine also!

Hey there sister, sounds like you've got a problem.

Introspection is a widespread issue these days, and has quickly become one of North America's most common Socially Transmitted Diseases; along with Ambition, ADKD, Non-Industrial Creativity Syndrome (NICS), Nail Biting and Hepatitis R. Left untreated can cause serious consequences. It can be harbored for years without showing any outward signs, before suddenly exploding into lesions, a nasty red rash, accompanied by excessive brooding and melodrama.

Thankfully, this awful and unpleasant scourge is treatable by conventional means. Most of America and other industrialized nations inoculate against it at a young age, the most effective vaccine being TV (see your local electronics store for recommended dosage).

Sadly, vaccines are not always 100% effective, as you've no doubt discovered. Outbreaks of Introspection can still be treated with a constant stream of TV (see your local electronics store for recommended dosage). Sex, McDonald's, blunt head trauma, religious cults, hairspray & eyeliner, illicit pharmaceuticals, and the old standard Grain Alcohol are good methods of treating symptoms, though by themselves they cannot offer a complete cure.

In an adult, the cases tend to be much more severe and long-term than in childhood or teens, and also show less outward signs. Once Introspection has reached that point, a daily aggressive regimen of the aforementioned treatments is the only real solution.

close to.

3 finals thursday and friday, and then I'll have a week of free time (well, aside from work).

Mostly I just want to hide under the covers, watch movies, or lay in the grass and stare at the sky. Aaahh, to be blissfully, beautifically boring.

But - !

Starting this friday, I will have free time to see people. If you want some of this free time: reply here, call, send email/body parts/carrier pigeons to the usual place.

And this summer - lasers! lasers! lasers! Can't get enough o'dat high-frequency stuff.

Memorial Day

Wound up spending Memorial Day with a couple veterans. Seems appropriate, no?

Cece [info]narcosleepygirl drug me down to Federal Way, I got fed, and my friend Josh taught me how to throw knives. Since they have a back yard, I keep threatening to practice some firedancing down there.

Meanwhile, 2 weeks and counting 'till the end of the quarter. Then: sleep! Laundry! Dishes!

MY LIFE IS LIKE SO TOTALLY EXCITING.

So. Lame.

To top off the assery, I got kicked out of the Showbox last night, as in right as VNV came on.

I know they're following policy, but it was an overreaction and bureaucratic bullshite.

Besides, its a point of pride to be kicked out of say, a deathmetal show, but a synthpop show?
Just makes you feel like a jackass.

Misguided Generations

If any of you know me, you know I've had an extremely rocky relationship with my father, especially in the past 5 years. We've begun talking again, tentatively here and there, sometimes even civilly. We've even gotten to the point were he's started trying to do nice things for me ...

... like give my number to random strangers, because "they're nice fellows, and doctors. Marry a man like that and you won't have to worry about money or finishing college."

sigh. Thanks Dad. I wonder how much my dowry is going for.

There's a new campaign to mass-produce laptops so developing nations can get Internet access (the larger project being to get everyone connected). A major drawback to this plan has been power; electricity is noticeably lacking in developing nations. So, they've developed laptops with ... wait for it ...

My metabolism has gone crazy, I tell you. Crazy! Crazy! I've been getting hungry every 2-3 hours regularly no matter how much I eat, and that's a lot of soup.

===============

I've been going on about what's going on in my head, but very little about what's been going on in my life. I ran off to the East Coast for a week recently with [info]endoftheearth. He stopped in Seattle, and I showed him around my spaces. Spend a few days in Boston, and I really like that town. I like the feel, a strange mix of traditional and progressive. Then we went to NYC, and I'm strangely ambivilent: its one of those places that easily could be anything and everything I want it to be, but it also made me feel dirty and tired most of the time. I'd like to go back alone someday, to run my fingers through The City with a different view, at a different speed. Met some cool people however, saw Chicago, the musical, and MoMA - a place that makes everything feel like its on display, including the people looking at exhibits.

Thats the short version, anyway. Pictures forthcoming.
Someday.
Maybe.

American Leaders Finally Deciding they are beyond Morality
Source: House Ethics Panel Deadlocks on Rules

Fri Mar 11, 2005 02:36 PM ET

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Democrats and Republicans blamed each other on Friday for an impasse that has suddenly left the U.S. House of Representatives unable to conduct possible ethics investigations of its own members.

[added by me] The Republican controlled House of Representatives have voted on a Rules Change that would allow Texan Tom DeLay to continue on as Speaker of the House in spite of the fact that Mr. DeLay may be charged by the House Ethics Committee for various violations.

The new rules would allow Mr. DeLay to continue in the Speakers post even if he is charged, tried, convicted and sentenced to death for crimes consisting of but not limited to illegal fund raising, illegal use of the FAA to track down Democratic rivals, illegal redistricting of Texas Congressional Seats to benefit Republican candidates, sodomy, murder, cross dressing, genocide and finally, the illegal use of a nuclear weapon.

The low point of the Bush-Putin press conference last month in Bratislava came when a Russian "journalist" in the press pool threw out what appeared to be a clearly-scripted question. It went to the heart of Russia's profound grievance with America-its "double speak" or "double standards" or "hypocrisy."

Bloggers must reveal sources - judge
http://www.theregister.co.uk/2005/03/12/apple_reveal_sources/

By Andrew Orlowski in San Francisco
Published Saturday 12th March 2005 00:16 GMT
Apple won the green light to subpoena amateur publishers for their confidential sources, a Californian Judge ruled today. Apple Computer, which wants to discover who leaked product information to three web sites, can now proceed with its subpoena against one of the ISPs hosting two of the websites, Santa Clara county court Judge James Kleinberg has ruled, as well as the websites themselves.

"Unlike the whistleblower who discloses a health, safety or welfare hazard affecting all, or the government employee who reveals mismanagement or worse by our public officials, [the sites] are doing nothing more than feeding the public's insatiable desire for information," Kleinberg ruled.

A demand primarily stoked by the corporation itself, which wants as many members of the public as possible to buy its products - he failed to add.

"In Western countries, humanoid robots are still not very accepted, but they are in Japan," said Norihiro Hagita, director of the ATR Intelligent Robotics and Communication Laboratories in Keihanna Science City near Kyoto. "One reason is religion. In Japanese [Shinto] religion, we believe that all things have gods within them. But in Western countries, most people believe in only one God. For us, however, a robot can have an energy all its own."

Instant structure creation!

Source: Need a Building? Just Add Water

02:00 AM Mar. 15, 2005 PT

In a world with millions of refugees, numerous war zones and huge areas devastated by natural disaster, aid agencies and militaries have long needed a way to quickly erect shelters on demand.

Soon, there will be such a method. A pair of engineers in London have come up with a "building in a bag" -- a sack of cement-impregnated fabric. To erect the structure, all you have to do is add water to the bag and inflate it with air. Twelve hours later the Nissen-shaped shelter is dried out and ready for use.

Time for.

'Twas recently pointed out to me that I tend to exaggerate periods of time; I'll describe something as taking much longer or shorter than the actual event. This also means I'm usually late to ...everything.

I intentionally have no sense of time. Not only am I easily distracted, I don't like time and refuse to pay attention to it. This comes from not believing in time itself - I think its just a human misunderstanding of the perception of change.

Pay attention to that? Pfft, no thank you.

Wisdom teeth removal and disposal

Successfully had head cut into and bits removed. Whee.

Not even in much pain or nausea, its simply more annoying than anything else. The only nausea came from too much pudding too fast on an empty stomach.

Forgot to ask for my teeth from the doc, though. Oh well!

On an anti-psychosomatic note, I have rarely in my life have ever had complications from surgery, rarely even any swelling or pain, little scarring. I usually wind up being a doctor's absolute best-case scenario every time I'm in the hospital, and this is me, who's not exactly religious about aftercare. 've always been extremely lucky in that regard. A little bit, I think anyway, also comes from being completely and totally comfortable on every level around medical doctors.

Piercings, too - I've always healed absurdly quickly, never any rejections or problems. My body likes metal.

I might be lax about my own care, but I'm a nazi about my friends' health and care - I'll drop everything to bandage/medicate/attend to if they're in pain or bleeding or sick, until I'm certian that they can recover from that point, or taking their meds, (or not popping the wrong pills). It's the only inkling of a maternal instinct I have.
I comfort like a stereotypical guy: cry on my shoulder or ask me to just listen to your problems and I'm useless in the empathy department, even harmful (if you know me long, you'll find half the time I'll say something really harsh, even vicious-sounding or just plain strange trying to be comforting).
Gushing blood? Holding someone's hair back as they vomit? No prob.

In my world, I prefer to comfort by fixing things.

For reallyreallyreal this time.

Over the past 5 or 6 years I have attempted college 3 times, and flunked out every time for various reasons (boys, drugs, my own scrambled headmeats). Going back to school was on the agenda "someday in the future when I get my shit together", the same attitude many 20-somethings have towards children.

Buut.. I got layed off from a job in Dec., and after getting unemployment, found out the gov't would throw money at me to go to school. Feeling bored with my life, I knew I needed to take it a new direction quickly, and jumped back on the academia bandwagon, and actually took it seriously this time.

So I guess that lack-of-anything-but-school for the past few months paid off. yay.
